After choosing the perfect kitchen faucet, we were on the lookout for a faucet model that would work in other rooms. We will have a second kitchen in the entertaining area and a third kitchenette in the office. There will also be a utility sink in the laundry room. Our goal was to find a faucet that would work in all three rooms.
Last night we found a great kitchen faucet that perfectly fits our needs. It's the WaterRidge Nannini Series Kitchen Faucet, model 920523. It's a beautiful faucet that comes complete with a built-in soap dispenser.
The features we were looking for—and found in this model—are:
- Single handle
- Brushed nickel finish
- Pullout spout
- Long, stainless steel hose
- Spray/stream options
- Soap dispenser
- Can be used without deck plate
The hose on this stylish faucet is a full 48″ long, which is a great utility feature. The faucet is sturdy with beautiful styling. This will serve as a great utility faucet in these three rooms.
We found the faucet with a $20 instant rebate at Costco. Once again, however, this faucet is not available on their site and will likely only be offered in-store for a limited time. See if you can grab it there or check the retailer above.

I’ve been reading your new blog here. What is most impressive is that you’ve thought through very specific details. You know how you use things.
On our last build eight years ago, we just listened to the salesman and got the recommended stuff. But the salesmen don’t know how you live and they really don’t care.
Big mistake. We are thinking about building again and I will be poring over each of your detailed posts to make better decisions this time.
That’s a great looking faucet. I have always wanted the cool looking double faucet, but never thought about the inconvenience. You’ve changed my mind. But at least they have mixer faucets now, even if there are two temperature handles.
