100 Day Challenge: Get Serious - Grow Up

I am 48 years old. I have been married (to the same man) for 27 years. I have six kids. I've homeschooled all of them (three are in college—one of those married—three still at home). I've had a home business since 1987 (just a few weeks after my oldest child was born and I graduated from college (in that order)). I volunteer in my church, school, and community.

Telling me I'm not yet grown up isn't exactly what I expected for my first day on a goal setting. But the truth is, there are areas in my life that I've never mastered. In spite of my best intentions, I have roll-over goals that never seem to get resolved. In those instances, I can't reasonably claim that I'm serious and “grown up.” I'm still flailing around.

Behavior never lies. Simply put, your behavior tells the world if you're serious or if you're just screwing around.

Talking doesn't mean a thing, unless it's backed up by behavior. Our actions show what we really want in life, because what we want most, we do.
