Happy St. Paddy’s Day!
2-1/2 C vanilla ice cream
1/4 C milk
1/4 t mint extract
8 drops green food coloring
Place all ingredients in a blender in the order listed and secure lid.
Turn on machine slowly and increase gradually to full speed.
