    Good luck in the new job Michelle! Back in high school, I did volunteer work at the nursing home where my mother was working. And after seeing my mother at her job, I know it can be a long and hard day. The reward though isn't just the paycheck, but knowing that you can be a ray of sunshine in lives that are often very dark and lonely.

    Good to hear. We have missed your insights, but understand the craziness you have endured! Have a WONDERFUL vacation. You deserve it!

    Thanks! It's been a wonderful vacation, and fantastic to see so many of our OH friends. It's also been interesting to realize I miss my new MO/IL friends. I expected to be glad to arrive back home by the end of the week, but I didn't expect to miss our new friends and area like this!(Hooray for adjustment!)

    We will be home soon, and I will read and post more often in 2010.
